Tandoori Chicken

Chicken marinated in yogurt and mild spices. Roasted in the charcoal oven and served on a sizzler. Tandoor is a traditional clay oven like a pitcher, which retains the juices and flavors of meat and bakes them to perfection. Served with basmati rice.
